Recently we had a freak storm come out of nowhere and completely wipe out our backyard as well as choice sections of the surrounding neighborhood. The winds were reported as topping out at 75mph and while we did suffer some structural damage we felt lucky when we saw the damage from when a 3-foot diameter tree uprooted and fell on the neighbor’s station-wagon, or should I say, newly re-designed 4-door El Camino.
Was it global warming? Was it tornado season? Or was it something much more sinister that emerged based on the calendar date alone? The world may never know…
