We’ve been doing the [One] Hundred Push-ups program and we’re loving it!

It’s very easy to start because you start with how many push-ups YOU can do, not any of this “3 sets of 12 or more” crap (it’s not really crap, and is in fact a good rule of thumb, but many people find it too hard as a starting point).

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also try the Two-hundred Sit-ups and Two-hundred Squats programs, too! No cats required!
