This is a painful process to watch, but apparently it’s the process used when replacing roofs down here. I honestly just thought that all you had to do was give money to someone and they came and replaced your roof but I guess I was wrong. Instead they bicker, and they fight, and they squabble, they lie and just when you think the painful part is over….they come back and do it some more. Ah, joy.
